Veil FAQ's

SHOULD MY VEILS MATCH MY DRESS?
Veils come in a range of hues, from bright white to antique gold.  The one you choose should be a shade equal to or lighter than your dress-never darker. You might want to choose a veil to match your dress and use an edge that matches the color of your flowers or your wedding parties color.  You could pick a white veil with a soft pink border and pink Swarovski Crystals.

CAN I WEAR MY VEIL DURING THE RECEPTION?
Sure, but for comfort's sake,  your might try a shorter style.  Remember everyone at the wedding and reception wants to hug you and that tugs at your veil.  You may opt for removing the veil and wearing your Tiara during the event.

WHAT ARE SOME COMMON LENGTHS?
A cage veil is a short single layer, usually of netting,  while elbow-length veils are about 30" long.  The fingertip length, one of the more popular, particularly with ball gowns, is about 36".  A chapel veil is about 90" long while the cathedral is about 108-120" long.  Currently our most popular veils are about 20"-36".

WHAT ARE THE LATEST VEIL TRENDS?
Designers are creating veils with Swarovski Crystals, swiss dots, and veils for the Destination wedding.

WHAT KIND OF VEIL SHOULD I WEAR WITH A SHORT DRESS?
Simply ensure that your veil doesn't overwhelm your dresss? A short veil is a great option.  It lets you show off your dress while retaining a bit of tradition.
